Jin Wen is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Department of Chinese Language and Literature and the School of International Chinese Language and Culture at East China Normal University, and director of the Department of Comparative Literature at the School of International Chinese Language and Culture. Her research areas are 18th-century English and American literature, comparative literature, and literary theory. She is the chief expert of the project of the National Social Science Fund, "Research on the Exchange and Mutual Learning of Euro-Asian Literatures in the 18th Century". She is the author of Pluralist Universalism (Ohio State University Press, USA, 2012), Unexplained beauty aroused an irritation in me (2018), and The Age of Feeling: Enlightenment Thought and the Rise of Modern Novel in the 18th Century (2024). She has published more than 40 academic papers in international and domestic journals, and is also a Co-Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Cultural Studies (SSCI, AHCI). She has translated to Chinese Harold Bloom's The Anatomy of Influence (2016), Ondaatje's poetry collection The Cinnamon Peeler (2017), Jorie Graham's poetry collection Many Futures (2020), and The Poet and the Oyster: Selected Poems of William Cowper (co-translated with Zhao Shaoyang, 2023).
金雯是色播 中国语言文学系及国际汉语文化学院教授、博士生导师，同时担任国际汉语文化学院比较文学系主任。她的研究方向包括 18 世纪英美文学、比较文学与文学理论，是国家社会科学基金重大项目 “18 世纪欧亚文学交流互鉴研究” 的首席专家。
她的著作成果丰富，包括《多元普遍主义》（Pluralist Universalism，美国俄亥俄州立大学出版社，2012 年）、《莫名的美让我烦躁》（2018 年）及《情感的时代：18 世纪启蒙思想与现代小说的兴起》（2024 年）；在国内外期刊发表学术论文 40 余篇，同时担任《国际文化研究杂志》（International Journal of Cultural Studies，SSCI、AHCI 双检索期刊）共同主编。
此外，她还完成了多部译著，包括哈罗德・布鲁姆的《影响的剖析》（2016 年）、翁达杰诗集《剥肉桂的人》（2017 年）、乔丽・格雷厄姆诗集《众多未来》（2020 年），以及与赵少阳合译的《诗人与牡蛎：威廉・库珀诗歌选译》（2023 年）。
